Healthy Catering Ideas
1. Vegetarian/ vegan entrees
Provide a vegetarian or vegan entrée choice in addition to a non-vegetarian selection. Pasta Primavera is popular with vegetarians and vegans as well as meat eaters.
2. Serve fish or skinless chicken in addition to any red meat
If serving red meat as an entrée, also offer a healthy fish such as grilled salmon or skinless chicken selection such as chicken paillard.
3. Include a salad
Include a green salad selection, such as our Caesar, Mixed Greens, Greek, Italian, Mesclun, or Cranberry Pecan.
4. Choose a whole grain
Choose a whole grain side dish like Wheatberry salad, Israeli salad or our Orzo, Feta and Spinach salad.
5. Add fresh fruit
Serve a fresh fruit platter in addition to cake or cookies.
